Abby Hooker founded Carolina Chaos Volleyball Club in 2013. Abby is from Asheville, NC where she played varsity volleyball for Erwin High School and club volleyball for Winning in Christ and Xcel Volleyball Performance. Abby decided to attend UNC Chapel Hill to pursue a major in biology. Abby is currently the assistant varsity volleyball coach at Carrboro High School, the 2016 NCHSAA 2A State Champion and currently ranked number two in the state.

Founder / Club Director / National Head Coach

Trey is from Winston Salem, North Carolina. No stranger to the competitive world, Trey played varsity baseball at West Forsyth High School before finding a passion for volleyball. Trey graduated from NC State University in 2015 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science. While attending NCSU, Trey was a member of the Mens Club team where he was an outside hitter. Trey also competes in various grass and sand volleyball tournaments across the south. Trey has won in the AA division in Hang Ten Volleyball’s reverse coed as well as finished second place in the Open division. Trey has also won a first place finish in open at Wake County Volleyball Club’s grass tournament. He has also competed in various leagues across Raleigh and Cary.

16 Regional Team Coach

Josh is from Clayton, North Carolina. Josh attended Queens University in Charlotte, NC as a communications major and was a member of the track team. Josh has competed in various grass and sand tournaments across the south. He has finished second place in the AA division at Hang Ten Volleyballs reverse coed and finished third in open. He finished second at the Blue Sky sand tournament. Josh has competed at various indoor tournaments and has had several first place finishes. He has also competed in various volleyball leagues across Raleigh and Cary.

18 National Assistant Coach

Rory is from Indian Trail, NC and is currently in his senior year at NC State University studying economics. Rory grew up with a focus on racquet sports and started his volleyball career by playing on the NC State Men's Club team his freshman year. Along with playing club and intramurals, Rory has competed in numerous grass and sand tournaments. He has garnered several great finishes including a second place finish at the Blue Sky Sand Tournament. Rory will be assisting Club Director Abby Hooker this season.

18 National Assistant Coach

ln 2000, Coach Anthony began coaching and playing In mixed competitive volleyball league for UNC Healthcare and has played and coached there for many years.  Anthony has 13 years coaching experience. He came to Apex Performance Volleyball Club in 2013 as a parent supporting my daughter on the 15U Regional Plus team.  In 2016, he joined Carolina Chaos Volleyball Club as the 18's National Assistant Coach.
